Congratulations, well done! We were so impressed with you the first time we met you. We continue to feel the same. You were like “a breath of fresh air”, compared to some of our previous experiences. Right from the beginning we felt you had our best interests at heart. We felt safe, you would do what was best for us, and you have never disappointed us.
